We are now 5 months into this project and all underground services are complete. Road surfacing is the last of the civil works, which will be completed in September.

More than 900 piles have been installed and, if all goes according to plan, we will be completing all the piling in the next few weeks – a huge milestone for the team!

The next big milestone is finishing the concrete slabs, which will open up the site for full-on vertical building work. We currently have 8 residential blocks in the process of being built with more teams about to start the next ones. 

All our teams and sub-contractors have maintained a high level of cooperation and are delivering quality work on time, resulting in a very positive project environment. We are very grateful for their support!

Trademark Construction is the main contractor for this exciting Housing New Zealand project in Lower Hutt, Wellington. 

The project involves the construction of the entire residential development, including associated infrastructure such as roads, stormwater, potable water, and wastewater networks. 37 residential units will be built, varying in size and layout. The new homes will be modern, attractive, easy to maintain, and filled with light.
