This new project in Willis Street, Te Aro, consists of the construction of a multi-level building comprising five residential units and one commercial unit. The total floor area is about 650m2, which includes a roof garden.

The site is located on one of the busiest intersections in Wellington and the width of the Willis Street access point is just 6.7 metres.  

The vertical works for the ground floor use a traditional block wall as well as the Rediwall system.  The team did a great job getting this set up and poured in a short time.

90% of the structural work on the top level is now complete and the internal share wall is scheduled to be poured soon.
