A boutique new build right in the heart of the Wellington CBD, Woodward Street is a contemporary building designed for retail or office space. While the building may look simple, with its sleek design and modern black brick exterior, the build was anything but.

Woodward Street is one of the oldest streets in Wellington and navigating the maze of infrastructure services, as well as high pedestrian traffic, added to the build's complexity. Working within a small building site, in a very built-up area, also required detailed planning to ensure all aspects of the job were confined.
